What is Cash and Carried?

I am an investment funds lawyer in New York, and I love writing. Luckily, I find the work I do - of structuring and creating investable pools of capital - very interesting too. Much of the information in these pages started out as mini-lectures I would give to summer associates at the law firms I have worked at, and they really liked how the information was presented.

I hope you find the discussions in these pages useful as well, with the added benefit of deeper analyses of how money is combined, rearranged, and put to work in creative and deeply transformative ways for the global economy.
